Look at what you're actually filming on, phone, mirrorless body or a face at a desk, then pick the light whose included hardware fits it without a second purchase. That single step eliminates most of this field for most buyers. The ALTSON stays my default because it's the only pick that solves the hardest version of the problem: 95g of light that a phone can carry without a rig, a counterweight or a second pair of hands. Everything heavier needs a surface, and a surface is the thing you don't always have.
